Imagine – It’s easy if you try

Welcome. Thank you for checking out Imagine This, a blog about life, love and faith. John Lennon encouraged us to imagine there’s no heaven. MercyMe wants us to imagine what life in heaven will be like. Imagining is distinctly human. Someone first imagined an easier way to travel, then came the wheel. Others imagined being able to communicate across long distances, then came the letter, the telegraph, the telephone and the smart phone.

People have imagined great good and horrific evil. Some of these imaginings have become very real, bringing great joy or terrible pain. Imagining in and of itself is neither good nor bad. What we do with those imaginings determines whether the outcome is good or bad.

 

This blog is not a how-to resource. What you get here are expressions of my imagination. Perhaps reading some of my thoughts will get your creative juices flowing. If you read something I’ve written and your reaction is, “I can do better than that,” then please do. The purpose of this blog is to encourage you to apply your imagination to life, love and faith.
